If you are a parent or guardian, you confirm you have authority to provide student information.

4. Student Data & Educational Records

Capstone may require student educational records while providing services.

We operate in alignment with:

• FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
• Applicable state laws, including Georgia SDATA

We:

• Only use student data for the purpose of delivering services
• Do not sell student data
• Limit access to authorized personnel only

5. Payments

• Fees are outlined in your service agreement
• Payment plans (if applicable) must be honored as agreed

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, materials, frameworks, processes) is owned by Capstone and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Capstone is not liable for:

• Admissions decisions
• Third-party platform failures (Common App, college portals, etc.)
• Outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate client information

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (CRM systems, scheduling tools, payment processors). Use of those tools is subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse of services occurs
• Required information is not provided

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
